Pesticides CampaignPlease support our pesticide campaignResearch has shown that pesticides pose a significant threat to human health. Pesticide exposure has been linked to cancer, including childhood cancer, developmental defects, and behavioural disorders. Children are most at risk from pesticide exposure because their smaller, developing bodies are more vulnerable to the toxic effects of pesticides. Toxic Free Canada asks you to support a provincial ban on cosmetic pesticides by signing our petition to ban the sale and use of cosmetic pesticides in the province of British Columbia. Please take action to protect your health and the environment by signing our petition , joining our hotlist or newsletter list and asking your friends, colleagues and family to sign up in support. We can make a difference and now is the time to get involved! |
